Bring fruit of your choice or pick some out at the class in this still life workshop. Learn about composition, drawing skills, painting techniques and more as your create a painted still life in your own style.

JUNE 18TH | 12:30-2:30 PM | WARHOL EVERYDAY OBJECT POP ART

Bring any household item to create an Andy Warhol style pop art painting in your own style. A fun, funky class that will help you develop your drawing, composition and painting skills in a supportive, engaging environment.

JULY 16TH | 5:30-7:30 PM | OCEAN SEASCAPE WITH MONET

Paint a calm seascape inspired by "On the High Seas" by Claude Monet using paint and collage techniques, as we paint, tear and collage paper pieces into an impressionist seascape.

Classes

I am as passionate about teaching art as I am creating it! I believe everyone is an artist, and just needs a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment to let that creativity shine. My teaching style is relaxed and fun, with a focus on letting go of perfectionism to enjoy the artistic process.

I teach adult painting classes regularly at New Milford Public Library and to children at various camps, schools, organizations and private events. I am now also offering pop-up art classes to all age groups from a sunny classroom at the First Congregational Church of New Milford on the town green!
